Appointments

To provide adequate time for all exams and surgical procedures, we operate only by scheduled appointment. Medical and well animal exams are 30 minute appointments. Technician appointments such as nail trims, anal gland expressions, and surgery rechecks are 15 minute appointments. Please help us minimize waiting by arriving on time for your scheduled appointment. Patients that arrive more than 10 minutes late for their appointment may be asked to reschedule or to move to a drop off appointment.

Patient Arrivals

For your protection and that of others, all animals must arrive in an appropriate carrier or on leash. We ask that your pet be controlled while arriving and while in the waiting area.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required at the time services are rendered. We accept Visa/MasterCard, cash, and personal checks.
