Emily, Customer Service Representative

My name is Emily, and I am a Client Service Representative here at All Paws. I have 4 years of experience working with animals. I worked at an animal shelter as an animal caretaker for 1 year, then briefly worked at a pet grooming salon and boarding facility, and now have been working at All Paws since December of 2023 as a CSR and Media Coordinator. I am currently studying Communications at St. Cloud State University, and my goal after graduating is to continue my work with animals in the public relations department of an animal hospital or shelter.

I grew up in St. Cloud MN with 2 gray cats named Bert and Bill, 2 Labradors named Sam and Bayley, a Pomeranian named Puck, a Chihuahua named Lily, and 2 Cocker Spaniels named Gabby and Molly. I currently live west of the twin cities with my fiancé and our 3 cats; Hiccup the orange fluff ball, Holly the sassy tortie, and Happy the Blue Russian cuddle bug.

I love All Paws because when I bring my own animals in, I always know I am receiving the highest quality of Veterinary Medicine. Every one of my coworkers creates a warm and welcoming environment for both owners and their pets, which has helped a lot of anxious animals including my own.

A fun fact about me is that I worked as an au pair in Germany and England, and in total have been to 11 different countries.
