Saari, Client Service Representative

People have been my top priority as I shifted through professional roles in various industries including International Trade Compliance, Behavioral Treatment, and now Veterinary Medicine. My roles have varied, but my goal is always to make the experiences of everyone around me more positive. To aide this goal, I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology, where I continue to study business practices for trauma-informed care facilities. My background in Psychology helps me mitigate stress and increase positive experiences for clients, pets, and staff.

Transitioning into the Veterinary Medicine field is no shock to me. As a kid I was surrounded by large breed dogs like my husky mix and German Shepherds. Then a few years ago a sassy kitty strutted into my life while I was camping on the St. Croix River. She ate my chili, so I named her Chili, and my next cat got named Pepper.

I started as a client at All Paws and immediately loved the staff here. I could tell they were extremely genuine and ultimately here for the pet’s best interest. Previously, I took my kitty to different clinics where I didn’t get much communication with doctors and never knew about my pet’s underlying health conditions, until I came to All Paws. If you want staff who care about you and your pets, this is the place to be.

A fun fact about me is that I love photography and have been capturing portraits of people and pets for over half of my life!
